2024 Mother’s Day Beauty Sales in Canada
Whether your celebrate Mother’s Day or not it is a great time to restock your favourite makeup and skincare products. It is one of the most generous holidays when it comes to beauty deals and almost every brand capitalizes on this day. Not all deals are made equal, however, and some are much more lucrative than others. Here is a rundown of all the 2024 Mother’s Day beauty sales in Canada and whether they are worth your money. *Deals will be added daily as they are announced leading up to Mother’s Day
Charlotte Tilbury – Ended
I have mixed emotions about this Charlotte Tilbury Mother’s Day offer. On the one hand, it is a higher valued free gift than they offered last year and it is worth $105 if you buy it on its own. On the other hand, not everyone wants or is excited by this Facial Oil. Many of us would prefer a flat out discount. Plus, you need to spend $190 to get this $105 Facial Oil which isn’t a small chunk of change. If you are dying to try this Facial Oil then this may be the deal for you. Otherwise I say move on to a better Mother’s Day promo.
Christophe Robin
If you love Christophe Robin products then you absolutely need to subscribe to their newsletter. They offer so many flash sales and discounts exclusively to their email subscribers and the deals can be pretty incredible. These deals make their Mother’s Day sale look pretty boring. I typically dislike when brands create bundles because it is rare that I want everything in it and hence don’t want to pay for it. I would rather wait for their Friends & Family sale or their seasonal sales where they offer 30-40% off most products.
Clinique
Clinique is the king when it comes to sales and offers. They are known for their frequent 30% off sales and very generous gifts-with-purchase. Their Mother’s Day deal may not seem that alluring but it is worth noting that gifts sets are usually excluded from their sitewide sales. These sets are already competitively priced and if you tack on the 20% off you are essentially getting the products in the set for 50% off. I would call that pretty good deal. They are also offering a gift-with-purchase which is the icing on the cake.
Decorté
I have yet to see a sale from Decorté that isn’t tied to some pretty hefty spend minimums. The spend thresholds for their Mother’s Day sale are even higher than usual which is a turn off. My advice is to pass on this deal and wait for something more reasonable. I typically buy their products from Saks Fifth Avenue. If you have a Saks near you then I say hold out for one of their 15-20% off beauty events. It is a lower discount but at least it allows you to try some of their bestsellers without the spend commitment.
Filorga
I hate buy one, get one 50% off deals. Nothing about them is exciting. They barely net out to a 25% off discount and that is assuming you buy two items with the exact same value. I recommend passing on this promo as Filorga has been known to run 30% sitewide sales. You can also look for one of their influencers on social media as they usually have a code for 30% off. That is how I have purchased their products in the past.
Fresh – Ended
This is almost the exact same deal that Fresh offered last year. The only difference is that they reduced the spend threshold from $225 to $200 to get the 30% off. I wouldn’t say this is the most lucrative promotion by Fresh. They recently wrapped up their Friends & Family sale in March which offered 25% off sitewide. They are also known to offer 30% off for Singles’ Day and Black Friday. Unless your mother loves Fresh I would say wait to stock up on their products later on in the year.
Huda Beauty
I have seen almost no advertising on this sale which is odd considering it is a fantastic one. You can barely even find it on their site. Regardless, it is one worth checking out as it is essentially a 50% off sale and there is a decent assortment of products. This is one of the better Mother’s Day sales that I have seen in Canada.
iHerb – Ended
If you have read my iHerb Review then you know I am a big fan of shopping beauty on this site. They have a vast offering of brands including some that are difficult to get in Canada. A lot of their pricing is already competitive so when they run a sales like this one it is the icing on the cake. The most I have seen them of is 26% off and that was during an anniversary sale. Based on that I think this Mother’s Day deal is worth checking out.
Indeed Labs – Ended
I have had a lot of success with Indeed Labs’ products over the past year. I typically wait until they run a 25% off sale as that is one of the highest discounts that you will see by the brand. The free shipping is the icing on the cake as their products are very well priced and hitting their $50 free minimum isn’t always easy. This is one of the better Mother’s Day sales that I have seen in Canada so far.
Laura Mercier – Ended
I have to admit that I am a little bored by Laura Mercier’s Mother Day deal. It is the exact same one that they offered for Valentine’s Day this year and it would have been nice to see something different. Their Canadian site is still relatively new and I find the deals to be infrequent and pretty conservative. With that said, they rarely offer over 20% off so this 25% off sale is a bit more generous than usual. If you are curious about their bath and body line then now is the time to give it a try.
MALIN + GOETZ
I feel pretty neutral about the MALIN + GOETZ Mother’s Day deal. The most they ever offer is 20% off so this clearly isn’t the best that they can do. They are, however, offering a gift-with-purchase that is worth $35 which sweetens this deal a bit. They typically do not offer a gift with their sitewide sales so this is a bonus and could make up for the shortfall in the discount.
Marcelle
I have given the Marcelle brand a lot of praise over the years for their frequent and generous sales. Their Mother’s Day deal is no different. It is one of the higher discounts compared to other brands and compared to other sales that they run throughout the year. Thank you Marcelle for always being reliable and for giving us a promo worth shopping.
Patchology
You can’t go wrong with face masks and undereye patches when it comes to treating your mom. One brand that focuses on this exclusively is Patchology. While I have not had success with their masks I can admit that this is a decent Mother’s Day deal. Their sales are few and far between and the only one better is their 30% off Black Friday promo.
Persona Cosmetics
Kudos to Persona for being a relatively smaller beauty brand that still makes shopping for Canadians easy. They have a site that can be toggled to show Canadian dollars and you don’t have to worry about paying any pesky duties when you shop their site. There is a $20 shipping fee which certainly can be a turn off but a sale like this makes it slightly more palatable. This is one of the better sales that they run so if you want to try the brand then now is the time,
Pupa Milano
Not much to say here. You can read my thoughts on the Filorga sale above. The exact same principal applies here and I would pass on this deal.
Shu Uemura
I am not sure what happened to the Shu Uemura Canadian site last year. It was barely updated for half the year and they stopped sending out their newsletter. They also sent out an email advising that they would no longer be selling their hair products on their website. The worst of it all was that they really slowed down on promotions. They used to run sales weekly and were known to run some pretty generous discounts to the tune of 35% off sitewide. It was a dramatic change! The good news is that they have since started to rebound but the sales have never looked the same. I don’t know what to expect for the balance of the year but it has to be better than this 20% off.
The Detox Market – Ended
I typically don’t love sales that have a spend threshold to get a deal. While this is the case with The Detox Market’s Mother Day sale, the discount is one of the most generous that I have seen them offer. If you spend the bare minimum of $125, you will get the equivalent of 20% off. This is a discount that The Detox Market never does. The most I have seen them offer is 10-15% off so I call this sale a win.
Vasanti
Vasanti’s Mother Day sale is quite impressive. Almost every item is on sale and the discounts are worth a scroll. While there may not be a ton of products that are actually 70% off there are plenty that are 30-50% which is still pretty generous. This is one of their best sales that I have seen and one that I personally will be shopping.

Here are some more Mother’s Day sales in Canada and my thoughts on whether they are “worth it” or a straight up pass.
