Eternal Skin Care (eskincarestore.com) is an online provider of beauty & cosmetic products. They are Canadian-owned and operated and are currently based out of Vancouver. They were founded in 1998 and expanded their business to include a physical med-spa in Vancouver in 2004. According to them, they offer truly effective, niche, and hard to find products for skincare, body, hair, makeup and lifestyle products in-store and online to help customers step into eternal beauty.
Eternal Skin Care Perks
I have placed a couple of orders with Eternal Skin Care and unfortunately I have not had the best experiences. Let’s start with the good. They have am impressive lineup of brands including some that are difficult to find in Canada. One such example is Colorescience. Another positive is that they are almost always running sales and promotions either sitewide or on specific brands.
Now on to the not so good. The shipping minimum is unrealistic and way too hefty. You need to spend $250 to get free shipping which is one of the highest minimums I have ever seen. It is certainly a turnoff to shopping on their site. One of my experiences was especially frustrating as I made sure to hit the minimum but still had to pay shipping. It turns out of the items I ordered wasn’t in stock and I found that out after I placed my order. I got an email letting me know I would have to pay shipping. I was absolutely floored that 1) items are not properly marked out of stock on their site and 2) their customer service is subpar. After that experience I decided never to shop Eternal Skin Care again.
