Fenty Beauty Deals
Fenty Beauty is an American cosmetic line started by pop music icon, Rhianna. According to her, she was inspired to create Fenty Beauty after years of experimenting with beauty and still seeing a void in the industry for products that performed across all skin types and tones.
I am not a daily user of Fenty products but I certainly have my fair share of products from her line. I find them fun, decent quality, and the shade range in the line really is outstanding. So, here is my problem. There are really only two places to buy the products in Canada – Sephora or the Fenty website. Fenty does not have a Canadian website but their U.S. site does ship to Canada. You can occasionally save a few bucks when the site offers 30% off sitewide, but here is why my vote still goes to go Sephora.
- The prices are all in USD and the site cannot be toggled to show Canadian dollars nor do they offer fixed Canadian pricing like Huda Beauty. This means you are subject to fluctuating exchange rates and ambiguity.
- Returns are not friendly. You have 10 days from purchase to return and you do not get back money spent on shipping, duties, and fees.
- The threshold for free shipping is not too generous at $75 USD which is almost $100 CAD at current exchange rates.
