Part 2: Beauty Brand Emails Worth Your Subscription

Last year, I published a blog post listing beauty brands that are worthy of your email address. These are brands that use this information to not only blast out new launches and promotions but to also send their loyal subscribers unadvertised and private incentives such as discounts and free products. I promised a second part to this list so here you have it. Here is a continuation of brands with the best beauty email subscriptions deserving of your attention.

ColourPop

ColourPop has made it very easy for Canadians to shop. They show prices in Canadian dollars and don’t charge any duties on shipments. They are also known to run multiple promotions per year offering free shipping on international orders with no minimum spend required. Finally, if you are subscribed to their emails then you will also be privy to exclusive and unadvertised promotions like the one below tailored to Canadians. Another reason why ColourPop is one of the best beauty email subscriptions worth considering.

Shu Uemura

When I think of generous beauty brands, Shu Uemura is definitely one that falls into this category. This Japanese cosmetics brand almost always has a promotion running with discounts as deep as 35% off sitewide. If that isn’t enough, they also provide their email subscribers with access to exclusive deals and private offers as significant as 50% off.

Blume

The story behind the brand Blume is quite endearing. They are a younger brand that is focused on setting a new standard for skin, body, and period care. I have been following them for a while and have watched them expand into Sephora and grow their offering. They have also gone from running almost no promotions to more frequent and consistent deals on their site. This includes multiple flash sales for their email subscribers accompanied with heartfelt notes from their CEO.

Lancôme

I have always wanted to write a blog post about the best beauty loyalty programs. For me, there is no question that Lancôme would be on top of that list. The good news is that you don’t need to be signed up for their loyalty program to get some pretty decent perks. Lancôme spoils its email subscribers with lucrative private deals as well as longer times to shop major sales. Sometimes they even provide subscribers with an additional discount during these sales. If you are a fan of Lancôme then I would say it is a no brainer to fork over your email address.

Socialite Beauty

Socialite Beauty is an online provider of vegan, natural, certified organic, cruelty-free, non-toxic, and clean beauty products.  They are 100% Canadian and based out of Vancouver, BC. They sell a wide variety of brands such as Caudalie, Herbivore, Mad Hippie, RMS Beauty, and much more. I wouldn’t say that they are known for deep discounts or major sales but I would say that they are known to thank their email subscribers with deals only available to them. The Inkey List

Shopping The Inkey List’s site is an enjoyable experience as they usually have some sort of deal going on which is incremental to their already affordable prices. The downside is that they don’t always advertise these deals on their homepage. The solution? Become an email subscriber which gives you access to promotional details and discounts being run on their site.
