Part 2: Beauty Brands With Free Shipping
It has been one year since I wrote my first ever blog post and the topic was beauty brands that offer free shipping. Click here to see this post and the 10 beauty brands that made the list. I am happy to report that the list of brands has grown and I want to give credit where credit is due. My passion for not paying shipping fees is stronger than ever as the competitive landscape has changed and more brands are stepping up their game. Thank you to the brands that allow me to order a $20 lipstick without having to pad my order to avoid paying for shipping. You have won my business. Here is the continuation of beauty brands with free shipping – no minimums necessary.
Bumble and bumble
The haircare brand Bumble and bumble started as a hair salon in New York City in 1977 and it now one of the 27 brands owned by the Estée Lauder Companies Inc. It should be no surprise that their Canadian website offers free shipping on every order given that their parent company, Estée Lauder, offers the same perk. Bumble and bumble sells a great assortment of their products in mini sizes and now you can try them without worrying about not hitting shipping thresholds.
Clinique
The Clinique Canadian website is a bit confusing. If you read the fine print you will notice it indicates that you need to spend $50 to qualify for free standard shipping. If you have placed an order for less than $50, however, you will also notice that shipping seems to always be free. I have placed many orders over the years and have yet to pay any shipping fees. Thank you Clinique!
Aveda
When it comes to self-care, Aveda has it all. Not only do they sell skin, hair, and body products but they also own stores, spas, salons, and even schools. Aveda offers a lot of perks when shopping on their website and one of those happens to be free shipping on all orders. I call that a well-rounded company!
Charlotte Tilbury
Given the cost of Charlotte Tilbury products, I would expect shipping to be free. Even if there was a minimum threshold, it would not be difficult to meet. Regardless, Charlotte Tilbury does offer a number of her products in a mini size which is a great way to test drive them before investing in the full size. The good news is that most of these skincare and makeup minis retail for less than $20 and you don’t have to pay for shipping to try them.
Jo Malone
Jo Malone falls into the same category as Charlotte Tilbury and really doesn’t need a minimum for free shipping given the cost of their products. The brand does have a section on their website, however, called “Little Luxuries” which are mini versions of their popular products that retail for roughly $30-$40. If you are looking to explore some Jo Malone scents then this is a great place to start and you don’t have to worry about shipping fees.
Elate Cosmetics
Elate Cosmetics is a newer makeup brand that was started in 2014 and is now sold worldwide. This Canadian indie beauty brand describes their products as sustainable, cruelty-free, vegan, clean, and ethical. All their cosmetics are produced in Canada and they sure know how to treat their Canadian customers by offering free shipping on every order.
Trade (Glamour) Secrets
If you have ever been to a mall in Canada then there is a good chance you have noticed this beauty retail chain. Their specialty is haircare and they sell a mix of brands from Paul Mitchell to L’Oréal to Moroccanoil. They have almost 50 locations across Canada but if you are feeling too lazy to hit the mall then you can shop on their website and not have to worry about shipping fees.
Basd Body Care
Similar to Elate Cosmetics, Basd is a young Canadian brand but they specialize in skincare instead of cosmetics. Their products are described as organic, vegan, plant-based, and cruelty-free. Since launching in 2017, they have quickly grown in popularity and even made Ulta Beauty’s list of the “coolest new beauty brands” in 2020. What is exceptionally cool about this brand though is their free shipping on all orders, no minimums!
