July 29th marks one of my most favourite days of the year, National Lipstick Day! I am a self-proclaimed lipstick junkie and own hundreds of lipsticks of all shades and formulas. This magical day first started in 2006 and it is said to be created by Huda Kattan, founder of Huda Beauty. It is a day that celebrates all kinds, colours, and brands of lipstick and encourages everyone to proudly wear their best shade. It is also a day that beauty brands have leveraged to market and showcase their lipstick products. The good news is that this also comes with deep discounts, freebies, and exclusive offers. There is literally no better time of the year to fulfill your lipstick wish list! Here are all the 2021 National Lipstick Day Deals that you can’t miss summarized in one place and updated daily.

Nudestix

This is probably one of the most generous deals that I have seen so far. Almost every one of their lip products can be used on the lips, cheeks, or eyes so you are getting more than just a lipstick. At 50% off, this sounds like a pretty sweet deal to me.

Clinique

When you dig into this promotion you will discover that you are forced to select from eight options. One of the options is their bestselling Almost Lipstick in Black Honey which is a classic. The beauty of this deal is that it is applicable to any sized order. I tested this with one of the cheapest products I could find on their site and the offer was still valid. Oh, and did I mention that shipping is free with no minimums? Thank you Clinique!

NYX Cosmetics

This may not sound as lucrative as some of the other deals in this post but it is worth noting that the cost of two NYX lip products is still cheaper than most of the lipstick offerings at Sephora. NYX is known for department store quality at drugstore prices. Their prices make it easier to play around with shades that are outside of your comfort zone without hurting your wallet. This is definitely one of the National Lipstick Day deals you can’t miss!

Anastasia Beverly Hills

Anastasia Beverly Hills is a Canadian-friendly beauty brand although the advertising around National Lipstick Day implies that they only charge in U.S. dollars. You can toggle their website to reflect shipping to Canada and you will see that the deal is actually $13 CAD for all lip products. This is one of the better National Lipstick Day deals considering that most of their lippies go for around $25.

YSL Beauty

If you own any YSL Beauty Lipsticks you will know what I mean when I say they look like pieces of art. The packaging is stunning and you almost want to stare at them more than you want to use them. I wouldn’t call their National Lipstick Day deal the most generous but if you have your eye on multiple lip products then this deal is amazing. YSL Beauty never has a sitewide sale greater than 20% off so now is definitely the time to stock up on your lipstick favourites.

Armani Beauty

It almost seems like the people at Armani Beauty phoned up the folks at YSL Beauty to discuss their National Lipstick Day deal. Like the YSL Beauty deal mentioned above, it is an amazing deal if you take into account that almost all of Armani Beauty’s sitewide sales are 20% off. Doesn’t sound too shabby to me anymore.

MAC Cosmetics

MAC has been promoting National Lipstick Day all week and the lead up has been exciting! They initially started with a deal where all lipsticks were $10 with a $25 purchase but that ended earlier on in the week. They waited until the actual National Lipstick Day to announce their real deal and I personally found it a bit disappointing. Most lip products are $19.50 which depending on what you buy could be a discount anywhere from 22-33% off. MAC is known for running great sitewide sales where you can get 30% off so this National Lipstick Day deal doesn’t really entice me to place an order. Sorry MAC!

Smashbox

I have to admit that I was a bit disappointed when I saw Smashbox’s National Lipstick Day deal. Most of their lip products are $29 which at $5 off is only a savings of 17%. This isn’t exactly a lucrative deal especially when most of their sitewide sales are 25% off. You are better off waiting for their bigger sales and you can find a schedule of their sales here.

Morphe

Morphe is no slouch when it comes to sales. If you check their site regularly you know that there is always some sort of promotion going on. They certainly did not disappoint with their National Lipstick Day deal. All lippies are $7 which makes their already affordable lipsticks 50% off. Unfortunately, shipping is only free if you spend $60 so you really need to love their lip products to take advantage of this deal.

Laura Mercier

Laura Mercier only recently launched their Canadian site and my respect for the brand has grown. From what I can tell so far they are not one for deep discounts. Regardless, they did step up with a semi decent National Lipstick Day deal. The marketing is a bit deceiving as you are really limited to one of four shades of their Velour Extreme Lipstick. These are worth $37 so it is still a great freebie!

Pat McGrath

I love Pat McGrath lip products but I certainly do not love their National Lipstick Day deal. I consider Pat McGrath one of the most generous sites when it comes to beauty deals. They are consistently running 25-30% off sitewide sales and they even let you layer on their first time buyer discount of 10% on top of their sales. This National Lipstick Day deal is a disappointment and you are better off saving your dollars for their next sale. Check out their sales schedule here.

Wander Beauty

I can’t say that I know a lot about Wander Beauty. Aside from their award winning Baggage Claim Eye Masks, I really haven’t tried any of their products. I must say that I am intrigued by their generous National Lipstick Day deal. It includes their Double Date Lip and Cheek product and I am all about getting products that are multi-functional and versatile.

Huda Beauty

Given that Huda Kattan, the founder of Huda Beauty, is credited with coming up with National Lipstick Day I was expecting an amazing deal from this brand. Well, I can’t say that I am disappointed! A buy one, get one deal is always a winner my eyes and it is no different than getting 50% off when purchasing similar priced items. There have been some new lipstick launches by Huda Beauty that have caught my eye so I will definitely be taking advantage of this deal.

Urban Decay

At first glace, this looks like an amazing deal but when you dig a bit deeper it can be misleading. Urban Decay recently reformulated and repackaged its popular Vice Lipstick. This is arguably their most famous lip product and it is not included in this sale. Nonetheless, this deal does include their old formula and there are dozens of shades to pick from. At 50% off, they come to $11.50 and who can complain about that?

Lancôme

I have some thoughts on the Lancôme National Lipstick Day deal. I definitely think it is a really great deal. If you buy one of their lipsticks then you can get the second one free which is essentially a 50% off deal for both lipsticks. The only thing that lessens the amazingness of this deal is that 20 of the shades are already sold out and the day hasn’t even started! I do have some good news for you. If you check out Sephora (deal discussed below) you will notice that this same lipstick is 50% off today and all the shades are available at this point. Your welcome!

Sephora

I have been patiently waiting to see what Sephora comes out with for National Lipstick Day. On the one hand, they did come to the table with a 50% off deal. On the other hand, the sale only includes a selection of 25 products which isn’t a lot given how many lip products Sephora sells. The most enticing product for me personally is Bobbi Brown’s Crushed Oil-Infused Gloss which at 50% off is retailing for $18. I am guessing this is the star item of the sale because at 8am this morning there are already eight shades sold out.

Lise Watier

I am a fan of the Lise Watier brand. Apart from them being Canadian, I genuinely find that they have quality products and they consistently run great promotions on their site. Their National Lipstick Day deal is no exception. Almost all lip products are 25% off and they have included a great selection in this sale. On of my favourite lipsticks is by Lise Watier so I will definitely be doing some shopping!
